A clear process
From site brief to usable output
Define the requirement
We agree the site, decision, priority areas, timing and intended use of the output.
Plan the operation
Access, people, property, airspace, weather and site controls are reviewed before attendance.
Deliver with context
Files are organised to the agreed brief, with the capture scope and relevant limitations made clear.
Common questions
What clients usually ask
Can a drone inspection replace physical access?
It can reduce uncertainty and help target further investigation, but some defects or concealed conditions may still require close physical or intrusive inspection.
Can you annotate suspected defects?
We can label agreed visible features and locations. Professional diagnosis remains with the appointed surveyor, engineer or specialist unless separately agreed.
What information should I send?
The site address, approximate height, roof type, priority areas, reason for the inspection and required deadline are the best starting points.
